License Agreement

1. Grant of License

StockFootage.ai grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use downloaded images according to the terms of your subscription plan.

2. Free Plan License

Images downloaded under the free plan:

• Include a watermark
• May be used for personal, non-commercial purposes
• May be used for mockups and previews
• May not be redistributed or resold

3. Premium Plan License

Images downloaded under the premium plan:

• Are provided without watermarks
• May be used for commercial purposes
• May be used in websites, apps, advertisements, and products
• May be modified and adapted
• Attribution is appreciated but not required

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Sell or redistribute images as standalone files
• Use images in a way that competes with StockFootage.ai
• Claim ownership or copyright of the images
• Use images for illegal or defamatory purposes
• Use images in a misleading or deceptive manner

5. AI-Generated Content

All images on StockFootage.ai are generated using artificial intelligence. As AI-generated content, these images may have unique characteristics and are provided as-is without guarantees of uniqueness or exclusivity.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease using downloaded images in new projects.
